Do companies need to complete manual verification before starting?

No. The enterprise flow is designed for immediate activation after a successful paid trial checkout. Company verification is not required in this first release.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Your company chooses one of the three enterprise tiers, pays for the 7-day trial, and receives the matching monthly credit allocation plus the listed free bonus credits to evaluate the service.

What happens after the trial ends?

The same selected tier continues as a monthly recurring subscription on your company anniversary date. If the subscription does not continue, subscription-linked access and top-up credits end with the current period.

Can we onboard employees in bulk?

Yes. Admins upload an employee CSV, review validation, send invitations, and let each employee activate their own account by changing their password through the invite link.

Can admins decide who gets credits?

Yes. Enterprise plans use a pooled company wallet. Admins assign credits to employees based on team needs, usage frequency, or project timing.

How do affiliate partnerships work?

Approved corporate affiliate partners can receive a configured monthly free-credit grant that is added to the company wallet while the partnership remains active.
